20 lbs. of wild Alaskan sockeye (red) salmon fillets. Individually packaged - vacuum sealed & blast frozen. Sustainably caught and hand filleted in Bristol Bay, Alaska.

A fillet is one side of the fish. On average, a fillet weighs .75 lbs to 2 lbs. A 20 lb. box will have about 14-16 fillets, give or take a couple depending on the weight of each fillet.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR PICK-UP ONLY. Pick-up will be available the morning of September 29th, 10am-1pm at the Truckee River Regional Park (10500 Brockway Rd., Truckee, CA). Any orders not picked up during the pick-up window will be donated to Sierra Community House's Hunger Relief Program - no refunds are available. If you can't make the pick-up window, send a friend, neighbor, relative, co-worker, or anyone else to pick up your order.
